Welcome to New Jersey’s premier Athletic Training Club. Top Dawg Athletics (TDA) is a community group based fitness program that utilizes the most up-to-date research on safe athletic training techniques, mindset conditioning, and injury prevention as it’s foundation. Here our Certified performance coach uses signature speed and strength training methods and cutting-edge coaching techniques to produce maximum improvements in athletic performance. At TDA our programming is broken down into an individual focus per session. These are:
Linear Speed : TDA’s signature straight-ahead acceleration and top-speed running techniques.
Change of Direction : Agility and the ability to accelerate, decelerate and re-accelerate in any direction quickly without losing speed or balance.
Strength & Conditioning : Functional Fitness, cardio, H.I.I.T., calisthenics and compound exercises for muscle development, explosiveness and injury prevention.
Weightlifting : Involves the performance of physical exercises, lifts and controlled movements which are designed to improve strength, muscle, explosiveness and endurance.
Mobility: Exercises and tools that help increase range of motion, stabilization, muscle control, strength, flexibility and balance.
